Iroko Consulting was founded to support Not for Profit employers in getting the best from their people to deliver sustainability, growth and a positive impact in their communities. Our work is led by Jenny King, Managing Consultant, who has over 25 years’ experience developing people and ways of working in Not for Profit organisations. Jenny is an experienced senior HR leader in delivering change in complex environments. She is adept at delivering business reviews and implementing culture changes. She uses her knowledge and experience of social enterprise, organisation culture and change management to create solutions tailored to address people and organisational challenges facing the not for profit sector.
